The story
From visual design to the front line of brand reputation.
The first big break
Started in web design and front-end, then leaned into visual concepts and planning. Launched my first Instagram page, @zef.lab, which led to working with Die Antwoord (represented by Roc Nation) — directing their Instagram visuals, tour design assets and live-show VFX.
Broadcast motion design
My first full-time role at Ukrainian TV channel “НАШ”, building graphic packages and animations for daily news — including broadcast visuals for public figures like Dmytro Gordon and Yevhen Murayev.
Into crypto, Web3 & NFTs
Went fully remote and moved beyond design into blockchain and Web3. Launched my own NFT projects early in the boom, collaborated with artists and helped drive strong sales performance.
Esports & media
Worked alongside media entrepreneur Alexey Kostylev and contributed to the media team of esports org Natus Vincere, supporting digital content and community initiatives.
Community specialist
Drove community engagement for Clash of Clans — content, player involvement, moderating the official subreddit, audience sentiment analysis and feedback on updates.
Online Reputation Manager
Built an ORM system from the ground up — KPIs, SLAs, the works. Took Trustpilot from 3.6 to 4.5+, kept an eye on Reddit, CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, Telegram, Discord and X, and ran SERM to clean up fake reviews and bad press around the company and CEO.
Community & Online Reputation Manager crypto exchange
Deepened my work in Community Management and ORM at the crypto exchange Phemex: monitoring sentiment, flagging critical issues, supporting customer service and managing brand reputation across platforms — while working with power users and KOLs, attracting leads and running engagement events.
